hi i am moving out of my apartment located in lovely Costa Mesa, southern orange county. you would be sharing the apartment with 1 white guy, 1 japanese girl, 1 chinese girl all in their early 20's. they all work full time or go to school full time. my room is $457.41, and i share a bathroom with the 2 girls (who share a room). i have access to the patio.

however, the other guy is willing to swap rooms if you want your own bathroom. his is the master, and rent is $572. room is bigger and you have your own bathroom.

need to pay for utilties, which is split evenly amongst everyone (roughly $40 a month, typical). everyone is cool and young and have their lives together, so seeking someone similar. good location: close to the beach, Irvine, UC Irvine, orange coast college, south coast plaza mall, 405 and 55 freeways.
