yet another story on blogging, the "explosion du jour on the net." read about it here.

i found this part the most interesting:

"When high-speed wireless connections become pervasive, we may see bloggers supplementing their daily dispatches with audio and video."

can you imagine? 10 years from now i could be walking down the street and say, run into an old friend. i could take his/her picture with my cell phone (they have that now, see the new sony/ericsson phones and the new sprintpcs vision), record a little audio tidbit, then transmit all that over my web-enabled cell phone and then type up a mini-blog about the encounter. fascinating.

i dont know about all of you, but i have hundreds of pieces of papers lying around in my room with 'to do lists', ideas, thoughts, feelings, anything written down on paper. ATM slips work the best. it'd be nice to simply type it into my cell phone and upload it onto a blog or something, eliminating the thousands of pieces of paper i have everywhere.
